THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Team leader to oversee our appliance and boiler repair sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, developing and motivating a team 10 of sales agents - ultimately to achieve outstanding performance in a fast-paced environment.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

If you are target driven, experienced in leading a team and well versed in compliance this could be the perfect role for you! You will have worked in call centre sales roles, ideally with experience of leading a team.


You will be a people person, someone who the team can look up to and be motivated by. You will be someone who fits into our ethos of being the best at what we do - having fun whilst doing your job to the highest possible standard.

Requirements

This role is the next step in you sales management career! Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in sales or telesales with a track record of success in a driven call centre environment.


Around 1 year of proven experience in leading a sales team to success will put you in prime position for this role.
