As a result of recent growth, we are now searching for driven and talented Home Emergency & Boiler Sales Executives to join our new and exciting team!



THE ROLE

You will be speaking with new and existing customers to to sell our Home Emergency & Boiler cover policies. You will need to be an exceptional sales professional who is confident in objection handling and effective sales techniques. You will be expected to do this while treating our customers fairly and adhering to compliance measures.

You may also be required to contact our current customer base - building a rapport and ensuring their continued satisfaction with their policy. Having the ability to sell additional policies/products to existing customers is also extremely desirable.



OUR SALES ACADEMY

Our Sales Academy delivers an induction that is simply second to none! You will receive a high level of training in your first week with our Head of Training & Development who will cover topic in great depth. You will be trained on; our products, sales techniques, objection handling skills and customer service levels. You will then receive further specialised on the job training. You will receive on-going support throughout your time with BIG with excellent opportunities for career progression in a fast growing firm.



THE HOURS

37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. NO WEEKENDS!!

Requirements


The desire to win a sale is absolutely essential, as is a confident telephone manner.

The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months sales experience in a call centre environment. If you have been selling household insurance / home emergency cover this is extremely advantageous but not completely essential.
